Dear Neighbor,

I’m running for Attorney General because protecting Rhode Island families has been the focus of my entire career. I’ve spent more than a decade working in our justice system — as a prosecutor, as a bail commissioner, and as a state representative. I have made the tough decisions to keep our communities safe and stood up for people when they needed someone in their corner to fight for them.

I’ve seen firsthand how crime, scams, and rising healthcare costs impact working families. That’s why I’ve worked to pass laws that protect seniors from exploitation, reduce theft in our neighborhoods, and hold insurance companies accountable when they put profits ahead of patients.

I’m not running for this job to learn on the fly; I’m running because I already have the experience, the relationships, and the track record to do the work from day one. Rhode Islanders deserve an Attorney General who shows up, makes the tough calls, and puts their safety and well-being first—and that’s exactly what I intend to do.

In the coming months, I’ll be walking throughout our communities and going door-to-door to introduce myself in person. In the meantime, if you need help with any state or local issues, have any questions or concerns, or would just like me to hear what’s important to you, please contact me anytime at Joe@JoeForRI.com or 401-308-3904.
